Just finished a 30 minute boxing workout... argh... my legs are killling me!!!!

1 hour of weeding and trimming roses...
lots of water to drink as it was 29 deg C today, according to the weather channel. Personally, I think it was hotter where I am. A lovely 53 % humidity. So I am happy.

Had a massage on my knee today. It feels much better, so more trampoline running tonight.
